Copain Custom Crush is located just off of Hwy 101 at the north end of Santa Rosa in Sonoma County. We provide full custom crush services with APs for all aspects of premium wine production. Our state of the art facility includes temperature controlled and humidified barrel storage, tanks rooms which provide power and glycol for hook ups to your tanks, a sorting table, and presses to support both reds and whites. We also provide complete internet access to all of your wine production.
